Busan, South Korea.

Here’s a quick trip report of our weekend in Busan, South Korea. The trip started on with a taxi ride from base to the Gunsan Bus Terminal where we took a 5 hour bus ride to Busan. Upon arrival, we took a train to the Busan Central Station where our hotel was located. The next day, we decided to explore the area and what better way to do it than a hop-on hop off bus!

After some more stops, we finally reach the famous beaches of Busan. Although, we’ve seen plenty of better beaches, it was a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of Korea.

After touring, we came back to our hotel and got ready for the famous nightlife of Busan. We had dinner at TGIF and went to club HIVE. Unfortunately, we didn’t take any pictures but the night was surely one to remember.

The next day, we went back to the bus station to get our tickets back to Gunsan but was told that they were sold out! We had to devise a way to get back but eventually figured it out with the help of Korean tourist officials. Lesson learned, book your return tickets in advance!

Overall, an amazing weekend spent in Busan! The city just gave a different vibe from other cities in South Korea and being close to the beach made us feel right at home.
