From Switzerland, we had a a very early flight to Malaga, Spain. As soon as we landed, we picked up our rental car and headed to Tarifa, a small spanish town which is the southernmost part of Europe. It took about 2 hours to reach the town (17 euro in tolls) and it was a very scenic drive all throughout.
The only reason we came to this town was because it is the closest port to Tangier, Morocco. As we got there though, we were quickly charmed by the sights and sounds of this small beach town.
We stayed in Pension Correo, a small hotel in the middle of the city center and it was the perfect base for our short stay.

Before and after our ferry to Morocco, we explored what the town had to offer. It had the laid back vibe you would expect from a port/beach town. Before we left the town the next day, we vowed to return one day and spend more time in this charming city.
