After the British Airways Flights, it was finally time for Qatar Airways First Class!
The first flight is the Paris-Doha segment and upon entering the cabin, I must say that I was very impressed with what I saw.
The purser and the first class flight attendants introduced themselves and offered a hot towel. This was followed by the welcome drink, amenity kit, menu and pajamas.
For dinner, was really excited about the caviar and Dom Perignon. Also finished my meal with a glass of Johnnie Walker Blue Label. Had to take advantage of these rare opportunities! Also, Qatar Airways offers dining on demand where you can basically decided what and when you want to eat! I loved this as I got to customize everything about my meals!
After dinner, I asked the flight attendant to make my bed on the seat across from me. Slept for about 4-5 hours in this bed!
After landing, I immediately headed for the Qatar Airways Al Mourjan Flagship Lounge in Doha. The lounge was huge! Although I was a little disappointed that there weren’t any special areas for First Class passengers but they said that this is under construction and will be available in mid 2015. Nonetheless, it was an impressive lounge.
Soon enough, it was time to board my next flight. The next flight would take me Doha-Hong Kong on Qatar Airways Business Class!
Again, really impressed with the seat and the whole cabin. They also offered dining on demand on business class which was really nice! Here’s some pictures of the cabin and the business class service.
Overall, it was great to experience Qatar Airways both in First and Business Class. I have heard good things about the airline and they certainly did not disappoint!
