Because of mechanical problems, our original flight back to Frankfurt was cancelled. While sorting our flights at London City Airport, we were offered a later flight that would be leaving at Heathrow in Business Class. Score!
British Airways also offered to pay for our cab ride to Heathrow. Check-in was seamless and soon enough, we were at the BA Galleries lunch munchin’ it up before our flight.
We originally used 8k BA Avios to book the flight so flying in Business Class was icing on the cake!
